I've always had trouble finding a toner. I have combination skin that is very sensitive. Most toners are too harsh, perfume-y, or astringent for me. This toner has been great for my skin. It has a watery texture that absorbs quickly without any sticky residue. It has basically no smell to it which is great for me. I was surprised to see Niacinamide so high on the ingredient list since my skin usually reacts to it, very happy to finally be able to use it. I wouldn't say this toner is incredibly hydrating but then again its purpose is more focused on brightening so if you want supple hydration try their moist line. Paired with the emulsion in this Der. Blanc line I found my skin to be well moisturized.
